One way to demonstrate value is to be able to present an intellectual property portfolio which protects the commercial interests of the business and which support the overall business strategy.\nIn this interactive seminar, Dr Christopher Hartland and Sonja Hyvärinen from Potter Clarkson will discuss strategies for creating a robust IP strategy in the HealthTech field with a focus on capturing digital innovations with patents, trade secrets, registered designs, trademarks and copyright.
