Terkko Health Hub’s mission is to promote a new form of collaboration between research, healthcare and entrepreneurship and offer a helping hand to make our startups – Terkkonians – grow and flourish.
The year 2023 was a steady one for our community and services with a touch of change. We continued to develop our community services further and bolstered our ranks with new corporate partners. Significant changes for the year happened in our pre-incubator program HealthX and our brand and communications.
Terkko’s startup community grew with several new companies. We also broke the threshold of 60 simultaneous member companies for the first time.
During the year 2023, we also went through a change in our communications.
The focus was on producing content to showcase and strengthen the attractiveness of our brand, services and the campus as a whole. To support this, a new visual look was created and utilised across the board, from printed materials to social media and beyond.
The year 2023 was also in preparation for bigger changes coming in 2025 when the
University of Helsinki’s innovation roadmap is published and implemented. Terkko Health Hub continues being an active and positive change agent on campus, collaborating with our friends and colleagues to bolster and develop the innovation landscape going forward.
