UniTalks: How can better conditions be ensured for the University’s research?

In autumn 2024, UniTalks community events will focus on further measures based on the assessment of the University’s operating structure and management system (TOIJO).

The TOIJO assessment generated a wide range of proposals for enhancing our operations and organisation.  At the present stage of preparing to implement the TOIJO project, one area of development involves improving the conditions for our high-quality research and raising its profile, thus strengthening our position as a top-level research university. Could this be done with the help of, for example, appropriate structures?

Come along to the UniTalks campus events in November and December to explore the proposed options and share your thoughts on them as well as the TOIJO sub-group reports. The sessions are open to all University community members, and those joining will include the rector, vice-rectors, director of administration, campus deans and the persons overseeing the TOIJO project
