We at Terkko Health Hub are kicking off a new entrepreneurial event series together with NewCo Helsinki! The opening event will cover the basics of turning an idea into a business. The series of events will provide participants with a comprehensive view of what is needed in order to get your business up and running. Following events will occur once a month.

Be prepared for interactive, robust chat and networking capabilities that will allow you to connect with your peers and solution providers!
It’s that time of the year again and Health100 is taking place this fall. Health100 is an interactive hybrid event of health, held in a spirit of an unconference. It consists of a one-day online event, and a smaller in-person side-event.Terkko is also happy to partner up with Upgraded to support the event. Little birdy told us that there is something special happening next week regarding the Health100, so do follow their channels actively!
Digital Health Lab Day is here again for the second time to facilitate conversation about the possibilities and importance of digitalization in healthcare. THe first Digital Health Lab Day brought together around 200 health care professionals, entrepreneurs, students, researchers, stakeholders and investors to discuss the latest trends in the field. Round two will focus on exploring digital citizen-based medicine through inspiring keynote speeches, workshops and pitch sessions. Participation is free of charge this year and the event will be held fully online.
Heads up Finnish health technology startups! New digital and remote care technologies are sought after! If you are interested in the US healthcare market, this is an opportunity for you! Covid is forcing health care systems to think outside the box. This call includes a testbed opportunity to turn forward-looking sustainable ideas into functional products.

Opportunities are arising from the COVID crisis. Health, tourism and other strongly affected fields need resilience as well as some green and digital transformation to recover and thrive again. The European Commission is on a mission to help regions to catch the emerging opportunities arising through the crisis to promote cross-border innovation projects. To achieve this mission, they are on the lookout for regional authorities and other stakeholders such as universities, research centers or SMEs interested in piloting interregional response and recovery partnerships, with a total budget of 400,000€. The call is open until September 7th!
